Encoded Frequencies, the brainchild of solo artist Paul Whalley, began its journey in October 2023. A seasoned musician with a treasure trove of loops and samples collected over two decades, he has meticulously woven these elements into a captivating collage of sound.

His music was brought to life in collaboration with long-time friend Mark Wainwright at Alien Sound Studios in Bickerstaffe, with the final polish added by none other than Mark Gardener of Ride at OX4 Studios in June 2024, ensuring a sonic experience that is both polished and ocean-wide.
